Processing Times

All orders are made to order to reduce waste and promote sustainability.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
During busy periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed via email updates.

Shipping Times & Rates

We currently ship to the UK and the USA.
Estimated delivery times are as follows (after processing):

United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
United States: 7–14 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.

Print-on-Demand & Partner Fulfilment

All our products are fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand partners (such as Printful) who ship directly from their local or regional facilities. This helps ensure faster delivery times and lower carbon emissions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by your country’s regulations. Signals of Hope is not responsible for these additional charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at sales@signalsofhope.co.uk. We’ll work with the courier and our fulfilment partners to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
